2. Service Providing Access to Digital Content

2.1. The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of access to the contracted digital content as specified in each service plan.

2.2. The User must have Internet access and a compatible device to use the service. The quality of content viewing may vary based on the device used and can be influenced by factors such as location, available bandwidth, and internet connection speed.

2.3. Digital content plans (videos, games, etc.) are subject to the price and duration specified in the active plans at the time of subscription. These plans will be automatically renewed unless the User cancels with 14 days notice through their personal account or by contacting customer service. A cancellation communicated within 14 days will effectively terminate the subscription.

2.4. As an alternative,, the User may also choose immediate cancellation without 14 days notice by selecting this option in their personal account and making a final payment of 6.95$.

2.5. Upon cancellation, access to content will cease after the relevant billing cycle.

2.6. Users can switch to a lower or higher content plan at any time from their personal account, with the change taking effect on the next automatic payment. Failure to pay the full price of the membership plan on the due date will lead to automatic demotion to the immediate lower content plan, retaining access to the most basic plan costing $6.95 .

2.7. If any issues arise in accessing digital content due to email provider or server problems, the User can contact customer service for assistance.

2.8. may offer trial periods for different content access plans. To avoid future charges, the User must cancel the service plan before the trial period ends.

2.9. The Website may also provide temporary periods of free or reduced-price content access plans as welcome gifts, subject to specific conditions shown on at the time and in any related marketing offers.

3. Price and Taxes

3.1. The prices of services specified on the Website or in relevant marketing offers apply at the time of order or subscription confirmation. Prices may slightly vary due to currency conversion, and the Company is not responsible for such differences.

3.2. The User authorizes the subscription payment to be charged for the next billing cycle using the agreed payment method.

3.3. In case the Company cannot collect the amount (e.g., due to payment method expiration or insufficient funds), access to the service will be suspended until the outstanding amount is collected through a valid payment method.

3.4. The Company reserves the right to change service prices at any time. Subscribed Users will be notified in advance of any price change, and they can cancel their subscription before the new prices take effect.

3.5. Prices in the service plans include the applicable Value Added Tax or equivalent indirect tax, where relevant by law.

4. User Return Policy

4.1. Payments for digital content access plans are non-refundable once the User gains access to the contracted digital content. Upon access, the User loses the right to withdraw from the contract and is not entitled to refunds for partial subscription periods or unused content.

5. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

5.1. The User provides consent for the Company to process their personal data in accordance with the specified purposes in the privacy policy available on, including for contract execution.

5.2. Users may exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable regulations in their country of residence.

5.3. Users residing in EU member states may exercise rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and its implementing regulations.

5.4. U.S. citizens and permanent residents can exercise their rights in accordance with applicable favourable laws in their state and jurisdiction.

5.5. The Company may request proof of identity to verify the User's identity when processing data requests.

6. Liability

6.1. The Company shall not be held liable for any changes in prices or taxes applicable to the service offered. Additionally, the Company shall not be responsible for defaults by third parties, force majeure events, or situations where the User has provided incorrect contact details.

6.2. The User is responsible for ensuring they receive emails sent by the Website and should regularly check their email spam folder to prevent missed communications.

6.3. The Website may include hyperlinks to third-party web pages. The Company holds no responsibility for the content of such external pages.

6.4. The Company conducts promotional and marketing activities, both directly and through third parties. The Company disclaims liability for any promotional and marketing activities carried out by third parties that do not align with the Company's guidelines or when the Company is unaware of such operations.

8. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

8.1. The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend user accounts or cancel orders in the event of suspected fraudulent or abusive activity by the User.

8.2. Transactions suspected of being fraudulent or abusive will be refunded to the original payment method used by the User.

8.3. If the User detects any fraudulent or abusive activity in their account, they can contact customer service for investigation and resolution.

8.4. The Website enforces limitations on the creation of user accounts, allowing only one account per person and two per IP address. Any violation of this policy may result in the termination of associated user accounts.

11.2. The User is not allowed to transfer or assign the contract, or any rights or obligations derived from it without obtaining the prior written consent of the Company.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws corresponding to the registered address of the Entity.

12.2. The Judges and Courts at the registered address of the Entity will have the authority to resolve any conflicts related to the application or interpretation of these terms and conditions.

12.3. If the User is a consumer residing in one of the Member States of the European Union, they may also choose to apply the jurisdiction of their country of residence and any mandatory provisions of their country's legislation.

12.4. If the User is a consumer residing in the United States, they may also choose to apply the jurisdiction of their State of residence and the mandatory rules of the law in their State of residence.
